European Journal of Media and Digital Communication Studies (EJMDCS) is a fully open access, peer-reviewed academic journal. All content is made freely available online to readers immediately upon publication, without subscription charges, registration requirements, or access fees.

EJMDCS provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. There are no embargo periods.

EJMDCS clearly states its Article Processing Charge (APC) policy on its website. Any applicable fees, waivers, or exemptions are transparently described. There are no submission fees unless explicitly stated.

Open access does not affect the journal’s editorial standards. All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process conducted by at least two independent reviewers. Editorial decisions are based solely on scholarly merit, originality, clarity, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
